Just after Chanel made a\u00a0long-distance trip to Cuba (Cuba for Chanel<\/a>)<\/i>, Louis Vuitton has chosen another Latin American city to unveil its Resort 2017 collection. This is probably the most twisted catwalk ever and\u00a0the only one facing Rio. Literally. <\/p>\n

Louis Vuitton\u2019s Resort 2017 Show took place last weekend in Rio de Janeiro, at the\u00a0Niter\u00f2i Contemporary Art Museum. This amazing building designed by Oscar Niemeyer, architecture superstar, is facing the\u00a0city and giving an\u00a0experience fashion insiders never had before.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cBody cultures, tropicalism and urbanity\u201d, that\u2019s what inspired the\u00a0designer Nicolas Ghesquiere while working on Resort. The\u00a0collection embodies Rio\u2019s vibrant art and\u00a0culture, featuring colours, prints and futuristic silhouettes.<\/p>\n
