Now she comes, the\u00a0fourth big fashion icon &#8211; Jacqueline de Ribes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- more --><\/p>\n<p>Jacqueline de Ribes has been a\u00a0member of the\u00a0International Best Dressed List since 1962. She\u2019s a\u00a0French fashion icon, designer and\u00a0businesswoman.
