Sounds like.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"tmblr-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/reservedmagazine.bojarowicz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/tumblr_inline_okam9zHXzl1qgi16c_540.jpg\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><!-- more --><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Following the departure of design duo Alexis Martial and\u00a0Adrien Caillaudaud in October last year, Carven has just appointed Serge Ruffieux it\u2019s new creative director.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ruffieux spent nearly 10 years working for Dior, most recently as head designer of the women&rsquo;s ready-to-wear collections. Following the exit of Raf Simons he also took the\u00a0helm as a\u00a0co-artistic director. Now the\u00a0designer will join Carven on February 1.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0house of Carven was founded in 1945 by Madame Carven, the\u00a0French couturier who traveled the world with her collections and\u00a0brought back a\u00a0trove of exotic influences. In a\u00a0statement, Ruffieux noted he feels \u201ca\u00a0real affinity for <a href=\"http:\/\/wwd.com\/fashion-news\/fashion-scoops\/carven-said-eying-dior-serge-ruffieux-10738235\/\">Madame Carven<\/a> and her vision of fashion.\u201d Sounds like the right man in the right place at the right time.
